The journal Estudios del Trabajo is a publication of the Asociación Argentina de Especialistas en Estudios del Trabajo (ASET), a non-profit civil association, created in 1982, whose objective is to promote research and teaching in the field of labor studies. from work. 

Estudios del Trabajo  publishes articles on work, employment and labor relations with a multidisciplinary treatment. Its objective is to disseminate original theoretical and empirical studies, of high academic level, with which to contribute to the debate on socio-labor problems, understood in a broad sense. The magazine is aimed at researchers specialized in this field.

The first issue of Work Studies was published in 1991 and until 2015 it was published exclusively in print.

The magazine is published semiannually and regularly publishes two issues a year (June and December).

The journal provides immediate free access to its content under the principle that the free circulation of research results promotes greater exchange of knowledge.
