The modernization processes of agricultural activity have impacted on the structure, location and distribution of rural workers. Considering the scarcity of human resources and that at the same time there is a demand for qualified labor, the objective of this work tries to characterize and know the level of satisfaction of the personnel employed in agricultural companies.

A case study was carried out from a qualitative approach, in which the level of satisfaction of rural employees was collected and characterized, through personal surveys, in productive establishments belonging to the private organization AACREA, in the center of the province of Santa Faith.

The results obtained value and characterize some aspects that constitute the link between the employees and the producers who are in charge of the agricultural companies; and who seek to promote job satisfaction through continuous improvement in the way of working and communication, as a way to improve the production process.
