This paper approaches to the representations of the marginality and the popular Argentine religiousness in the movie "Gauchito Gil, the innocent blood" (2006), directed by Ricardo Becher and Tomás Larrinaga. Also it examines the narrative modality adopted by the authors as an intellectual, subjective and revolutionary act that reacts against the realism of the Argentine cinema in ways that are marked by a special treatment of the image of the video in the digital post-production.
