Abstract

ARIEL, Alejo. The "non-analyzable": from exclusion to theoretical basis. Anu. investig. [online]. 2014, vol.21, n.2, pp.21-28. ISSN 1851-1686.

This paper aims to present the field of the "non-analyzable" on Freud's elaboration. In order to do so, the function of this category is surveyed on diverse moments of Freud´s work, pointing different figures in which this concept is displayed, and showing its strong bond with the evolution of the psychoanalytical concepts. Two different dimensions of the "non-analyzable" are studied: the irst one shows the dispositive's outer limits, while the latter portraits its inner margins, the resistance within the cure itself. Our hypothesis is that the "non-analyzable" on the Freudian conceptual construction evolves from an initial exclusion -which allows to set the analytical field limits- into becoming the basis of the analytical experience; this subverts the structure on the psychic apparatus and the praxis fundament. Texts from the 1914-1920 period are analyzed, in which Freud prepares and performs this theoretical turn.

Keywords : Non analyzable; Limits; Transference; Drive; Desire; Cause; Repetition.
