Abstract

BAREIRO, Julieta. Dignity in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1789 and its foundation from Kant and Habermas philosophical background in the field of mental health. Anu. investig. [online]. 2014, vol.21, n.2, pp.211-216. ISSN 1851-1686.

This paper proposes to investigate specifically the notion of dignity that underlies the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights from the perspective of Kant and Habermas. The reason for this, and it serves as a justiication of this article is to point out that the exercise of rights in the field of current mental health, dignity is the foundation unsurpassable for users of health teams.
