Abstract

ELCOVICH, Hernán G.; JUAREZ, Ana R.  and  ROSSI, Lucía A.. Psychometric and projective research about dropout: a historical approach through Telma Reca’s work (1957-1966). Anu. investig. [online]. 2015, vol.22, n.2, pp.209-217. ISSN 1851-1686.

This paper studies the work of Telma Reca and her research team at the Department of Psychology and Psychopathology of the Evolutionary Age of the University of Buenos Aires around the situation of school dropout during the period 1960-1961 and the transfer of studies and results through academic programs in Psychology, during the period 1957-1966. About the methodologically, it proceed to the qualitative and quantitative analisys of the obtained data. Telma Reca’s bibliography and academic programs are analyzed through qualitative techniques of analisys speech, according to the concepts of Van Dijk (Van Dijk, 2001) and Narvaja de Arnoux (Narvaja de Arnoux, 2006). Data collected by Telma Reca through psychometric and projective techniques, are analyzed with quantitative and qualitative methods.
