Abstract

Subcorneal pustular dermatosis, or Sneddon-Wilkinson disease, is a rare, benign, chronic and recurrent dermatosis. We reportthe case of a 58-year-old female patient with subcorneal pustular dermatosis, who was treated with dapsone 100mg per day, with goodtherapeutic response. We carried out a bibliographic review of this pathology describing its clinical and histological characteristics, its multiple differential diagnoses and possible therapeutic options.
