Abstract

MATE, Manuel Reyes. Cervantes and Justice. Rev. latinoam. filos. [online]. 2018, vol.44, n.1, pp.47-62. ISSN 1852-7353.

Justice is an ubiquitous topic in the philosophy of Osvaldo Guariglia. Although he preferred to look at Aristotle or Kant, two icons of reason, I will rather bring into this philosophical debate in honor of the master and friend, the thought of the Hidalgo Manchego, whose madness was at the same time an expression of extreme common sense.

Keywords : Justice; Don Quixote; Crime; Forgiveness; Mercy.
