Abstract

The text raises, within the framework of the profuse and intense philosophical discussion generated in the conjuncture of the covid-19 pandemic, three axes: a) the media characteristic of the health crisis (even for the public health policy approach) b) the determining role of technology both in the genesis and development of the pandemic, as well as in the palliative measures implemented c) the deployment of governmentality from the technological articulation of communities, both in the irradiation acquired by corporate powers as well as in the behavior of individuals.
