Abstract

The implementation of high-technology programs in schools gives rise to the emergence and recognition of new pedagogical roles in charge of accompanying, stimulating and favoring the appropriation of digital technologies and school change. This article presents the main results of the research carried out within the framework of the Master's Degree in Educational Technology of the University of Buenos Aires, through which an analysis and interpretation of the construction processes of the role of the pedagogical facilitator was sought in the framework of the implementation of the Plan Sarmiento BA in the primary schools of the City of Buenos Aires. In this sense, understand the meanings that the different school actors build on this new role, its characteristics, how they are recognized and how they build links with managers, teachers, students and families. At the same time, understand the practices and strategies used to mobilize processes that lead to the creation of new types of teaching proposals. In this framework, he is interested in identifying and understanding the processes of transformation of educational practices that take place in schools.
