The earth´s constructions that were used in the country of Mendoza are our subject of work. They were part of the heritage of the hispanish tradition. There uses were commons in the country, but also in the city presented their curved roof of domes and vaults against the sky. Most of they were situated in the country, covering the haciendas buildings. The Gral. San Martín house in El Barreal, was an important construction with estetical and formal determination. As the spanisch chozos, also were built the Casuchas del Rey on the way to Chile. The mineral explotations in Uspallata have vault forms. These shapes were added to Mendoza´s landscape and it´s possible to apreciate the tecnical and estetical wills of our colonial creole in the XVIII century.
