Abstract

Associational activity in some municipalities was quite important before and during the Peronism in Mendoza. The first Peronist stage was also marked by an atmosphere of plurality of opinions, discussion and development of proposals for democratic and participatory, including the design of the three-year construction plans and municipal utilities. In this context, we propose to observe how was expressed and the participation of a sector of civil society, some of their most important demands and the role played by the State during the first Peronism in enclosed spaces was channeled. In short, try to study what are the most important topics to address were as civil society, what kind of social organizations had Mendoza municipalities how participatory channels provided for the community at each municipal level, and what responses obtained by the authorities municipal during the first stage of classical Peronism.
