How may Argentine foreign policy be explained from the democratization process that we have witnessed since 1983? This has been a complex, intense and contradictory phase. We believe that one way of understanding it is through a theory or conceptualization that may help conceptualize it. So Autonomy will allow us to form an axis and get a more clear glimpse of the structure and dynamics of our foreign affairs. Based on this, we have devised a five-part article, consisting of an epistemological, three temporary – the first one presenting the previous diagnosis and the following two divided by the 2001 crisis-, and one thematic –on the Malvinas question- section.
