Immune checkpoint inhibitors have been shown to improve the prognosis of multiple oncological diseases. Recently, adverse events related to immunotherapy have been reported. Neurologic toxicity is infrequent. We pre sent the case of a patient with encephalitis associated to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
