The Classical Tradition in Ibero-America presents the connections betweenSouth American countries and Western Europe from a stricktly cultural association. The study includes eighteen Spanish-speaking countries, one Portuguese-speaking country and Puerto Rico. We pointed three cultural steps that present different incidences of Classicla Atiquity in Ibero-America. These spteps are: 1. Conquest, 2. Independence, 3. XX Century and beyond. Ibero-America becomes the myth of the discoveries by Europe utopia and she keeps in her vital essence the utopist feeling by the constant search of the unity in her own plurality.
