The adult of Ctenipocoris schadei (De Carlo) is redescribed and the genital structures are described and figured. Ctenipocoris schadei is compared with the American known species, discussing variation of its morphological characters. Some dubious aspects of the morphology appeared in papers of different authors are revised. The larval instars III and V are described and figured.
