Abstract

It is analyzed the relationship between family responsibilities, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support to the family in organizations with presence and absence of policies to reconcile work and family life. A 137 workers Maule, Chile, they were applied three instruments measuring related variables. It is observed that the presence and absence of policies to reconcile work and family no significant differences in levels of responsibility (p> 0.05), while if it generates significant differences in perceived organizational support to the family and job satisfaction (p <0.001). Also presented significant positive correlations between levels of perceived organizational support to family and job satisfaction levels (r = 0.34, p 0.05).
