Abstract

This work intends to study the operation of the Unión Obrera Metalúrgica (UOM) during the first Peronism. An entity that during the 1945-1955 period established itself as a complex union and national projection , by applying the model union branch of production . In that sense, this study will be interested in inquiring about the internal dynamics of the UOM, in order to understand the sense of internal relations, the links between the various stages of the organization and how the organization relates to Peronism.
