Deterioration of working conditions is a problem that affects at different stages to professionals according to their individual and contextual characteristics, where the educational level reached has a relevant role. The present document has the aim to know widely the situation of deterioration in the working conditions of professionals nowadays in Mexico. Through microdata in the National Occupations and Employment Survey known by its Spanish acronym ENOE, a quantitative analysis was carried out to characterize sociodemographic and occupationally the population under study. Subsequently, a homogeneity analysis was applied in order to agglutinate the variables that allow to study the working conditions of professionals in an index to establish working precariousness levels. The results obtained show that the educational level reached by this type of workers allows them to locate in occupations and therefore, economic sectors which offer better labor conditions, that is why there is a low the proportion of those professionals in precarious jobs. In this kind of jobs is found mainly older workers, people occupying positions in micro business or in other services different to social services or professionals.
