The present work aims to problematize the notion of intra-entrepreneurial subject that is built from business policies in areas of work linked to the development and intensive use of technology. For this, we will study the case of the Argentine multinational software development company, Globant. Taking into account that the origin of this company is validated by its founding partners from the entrepreneurial discourse, we are interested in recognizing how these narratives are transferred to a mostly young workforce characterized as "digital natives". Methodologically we focus on a qualitative approximation of a research work in progress.
