The gender dimension in the organizational sphere has begun to be problematized with greater emphasis as a way of identifying the inequities that are being reproduced by the distribution of work according to gender. Within this framework, the present work aims, first of all, to know and analyze the trajectories of women in various organizations and to identify the practices and initiatives linked to mitigating gender inequalities developed by women and by the organization itself. Secondly, it is proposed to analyze how both practices and initiatives contribute to organizational learning processes. It is a qualitative study carried out within the research project "Trajectories of women in companies, public sector organizations and civil society: implications for organizational learning", which hypothesis is synthesized in: the gender perspective developed through Women's practices and initiatives in pursuit of equal opportunities allow organizations to incorporate new patterns of behavior, and practices that facilitate organizational learning processes. It study based on a conceptual context which combines the contributions of organizational studies on gender and organizational learning with those of the labor market. Theoretical and empirically based contributions on the gender perspective in organizations were gathered. In gathered, through in-depth interviews, we recovered the experiences and representations of women, the ways in which the gender dimension is approached in organizations and the practices that hinder and facilitate job performance and development as well as organizational learning processes.
