Abstract

Based on the analysis of the II National Survey of workers on Conditions of Employment, Work, Health and Safety [ECETSS] of 2018, applying the Multiple Correspondence Factor Analysis technique complemented with a cluster analysis, the article asks about the Union participation of service sector workers in Argentina. The data is analyzed based on the following categories: gender and age, subsector of activity, size of the company, length of employment and presence of Unions in work spaces. Linking categories of workers and their unions are constructed and the current state of union participation in Argentina is analyzed.
