Abstract

PETITTI, Eva Mara. Primary education in the camps of the province of Buenos Aires (1943-1955). Mundo agrar. [online]. 2016, vol.17, n.34, pp.00-00. ISSN 1515-5994.

This article is about educational policies directed to rural areas. The purpose is to characterize the primary schools in the Buenos Aires province and examine the demands, projects and legislation that took place in relation to these schools during the first Peronism. The methodology employed is qualitative, it takes as sources of information, regulations, speeches, statistics and renovation projects. It is concluded that, although the material demands were implemented, requests to meet the specificity of the rural school were more difficult to operationalize.

Keywords : Primary school; Rural areas; Educational policies; Peronism; Buenos Aires Province.
