Abstract

BOCCHIO, María Cecilia  and  VILLAGRAN, Carla Andrea. Regulación del espacio urbano, espacio escolar y dinámicas de solidaridad en la vida cotidiana. Estudios de caso en dos provincias argentinas. Espac. blanco, Ser. indagaciones [online]. 2020, vol.30, n.2, pp.91-100.  Epub Dec 01, 2020. ISSN 1515-9485.

In the last two decades, regulating urban spatialities in scenarios of inequality growth, involves the elaboration and circulation of rationalities and power technologies that configure control practices of the population's behaviors associated with the New Public Management.

As a hypothesis we propose that schooling processes in popular sectors are based on the dynamics of urban and school spatialities. Although public and, especially, educational policies frame school life, the links between the enactment of these policies and urban space define the effective conditions for the schooling of the population. So, in the configuration of the policies there are rationalities and technocratic modes of regulation of the urban space as well as, dynamics of self-responsibility for the school space that manifest themselves in the form of solidarity between the school subjects towards the schooling of the population.
