Given that the structural matrix of high school education was conceived and built in dialogue with the society of late nineteenth century. To this end, the dimensions of the present reality are outlines very succinctly, asymmetries with the traditional educational matrix are maked, and the lines of change demanded by the present day are outlined. A technological matrix is designed and elements of continuity and rupture with both pedagogical matrices are indefinied in recent Argentine reforms.
