In our country, a series of questions are brought up, concerning problems linked to social inequalities, and during the last years, a part of them focuses on initiatives, carried out by different actors to build a more equal society. This is also the case of this paper which concentrates on various social organizations in the suburban belt of the capital city of Buenos Aires, searching to achieve a higher degree of educational equality. The work presents a variety of approaches, directed at promoting education in humble neighbourhoods and explore as well as the relation they establish with the public school and other institutions and the visions and strategies they deploy, in order to achieve more equality.
