This work is framed in the context of feminist research has shown the situation of women in the world and its possibilities in the field of communication. The objectives of this publication focus on comparative analysis of the approach and treatment of the representation of women working in news reporting of major general information newspapers currently published in Spain (ABC and El País) and in Argentina, (La Nación and Página 12). Here we present the application of a systematic methodology of content analysis, called Test ADSH to assess the extent, Diversity and Human Sensitivity of informative look combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to collecting and analyzing data. The analysis of the representation of women working in the press, by considering that social participation and decision making of women depends largely on how the media make them visible and affect the living context people as active citizens as agents of history subjects capable of action and decision making.
