The aim of this article is to think about the production of meaning in the contemplation of a work of art in a physical space and on-screen displays. These difficulties will be analyzed from the loss of materiality in a traditional like production that is defined as a digital image and allows itself to be reproduced on-screen. The aim is to point at how the easel or object art is conformed as a new artistic product that results from the logics of digitalization.
