Abstract

This article presents significant aspects of a re-study conducted on a Dynamic Hipermedial Device for the construction and management of governance called "Telares de la Memoria", which is set from the activation community cultural heritage. The analysis and technological development is carried out from an experience which started in 2010 in the Wheelwright town, Santa Fe, Argentina. Propose is innovative compared to traditional ethnographic case studies of communities because sought to address two key issues: firstly, applications, possibilities and appropriations of Information Technology and Communication and, secondly, working with the plural memory of local communities. The construction of "Telares de la Memoria” was performed between an interdisciplinary team of research and a significant group of residents, neighbors and local institutions. It is concluded that the development of dynamic processes contemplate the complexity of the threefold attribution of memory (itself, close people and the collective), issues related to the physical-virtual- temporary distance becomes a key requirement for the deployment of civitas that build the plural memory.
