Abstract

The reunion between the political power and economic power result in a colonization of our social imaginary and a construction of identity where the subjects were modifying their identity in order to a routes that imposed social referring. For this, the ideological state apparatuses are increasingly present, but less obvious, achieving through their classic devices, like television, establishing a hegemonic bond that has achieved levels of invisibility that allow them to reproduce themselves, delivering as reality, that which is construction. This paper reviews the concepts of identity, ideology and hegemony, trying to warn as old discussions about social control strategies, remain in full force today and can be identified in the mass television genres as the TV series.
