Abstract

CORBALAN, Mariano; DI LULLO, Eugenia; RODRIGUEZ PONTET, María Eugenia  and  DIAZ, Osvaldo. Agreements  and Disagreements in the management of the archaeological heritage in the province of Tucumán. Andes [online]. 2017, vol.28, n.1, pp.00-00. ISSN 1668-8090.

The objective of this work is to present a state of the art on the strategies of management of the archaeological heritage implemented in recent years by the Dirección de Patrimonio Cultural del Ente Cultural in Tucumán since the Provincial Law 7,500 was passed. Facing the commercialization of culture and land, there is a need for cultural management that accompanies and adapts to the social dynamics in which it is framed, along with a shift in archaeological practice.

Keywords : Public policies; Law 7.500; Archaeological heritage; Identity; Tucumán.
