Considering that every anthropologist's job means a profound reflexivity exercise and the exchange and coproduction of knowledge, the theoretical and methodological resources provided by Visual Anthropology can be highly regarded as stimulating indeed. I propose, based on the first-person narrative of deliberations generated in a research work together with Guaraní women, to present strategies of articulation between the audiovisual register and the construction of an ethnographic -textual and filmic- narrative that try to highlight the participation of our interlocutors in the construction of theoretical concepts and anthropological interpretations. Thus, I describe some methodological decision, such as the use of ethnobiography or photo-elicitation. In this way I aspire to explain how the aplication of these resources in the work process resulted in a deepening and broadening of the concept of reflexivity itself and a productive tension in the narrative choices, in addition, give rise to open dialogue and the interpellation of my interlocutors around the axis of the work and the contents and to their active participation in making research decisions that transformed the final product.
