Abstract

RAMOS, Marina Griselda  and  WIENHAUSEN, Marina Denise. Continuity and change of educative institutional projects: analysis of a case. Cuad. Fac. Humanid. Cienc. Soc., Univ. Nac. Jujuy [online]. 2008, n.34, pp.63-72. ISSN 1668-8104.

Every change generates a crisis and the change of authorities also represents a situation with several facts that interact among them, having a lasting effect in the whole Educational Community placed in that structure and organization. Any modification affects its identity, the way of thinking and acting, having a positive advance from the crisis situations, or if not having regression and separation components .This work deals with the change of authorities in a Work Training Center in the Province of Jujuy. In this kind of Education Institutions team work means that each one of the members of the Educational Community cannot be replaced, due to its specific role and that is why a change of authorities will obviously demand a readaptation of all its members. We shall research on the following analysis categories: a) Institution with its constituting components; b) Institutional Educational Project, change and crisis; c) Adaptation, redesigning and identity. The methodology employed is comprehensive, searching for interpretation, thinking and understanding of fixed space-time situations. We made an approach and an analysis of the beginning of this new process and its development during the school year 2005, knowing that the results will only be seen after some time of the new management work.

Keywords : adaptation; change of authorities; crisis; education community; Institution/Institutional Education Project.
