Abstract

ABRAHAM, Martín. Perspectives on scientific knowledge: between heidegger and the philosophers of instrumental rationality. Cuad. Fac. Humanid. Cienc. Soc., Univ. Nac. Jujuy [online]. 2016, n.49, pp.145-152. ISSN 1668-8104.

The identification, without relevant distinctions, between the Heideggerian conception of science and Adorno and Horkheimer´s theorization on a certain scientific practice, constitutive of instrumental rationality, is a constant. For this reason, this paper will develop around a series of questions related to scientific knowledge, treated in both theoretical corpus, allowing to show the deep divergences between both views on science

Keywords : Scientific knowledge; Concealing science; Instrumental science; Philosophy.
