In 1958, during president Arturo Frondizi term, the country returned to the path made by the developmental perspective. After a mindful analysis of the country's economic conditions, the developmental approach passed a series of measures with the ultimate end of industrializing the country, by holding together national and private investments in order to elevate the country to the category of a developed nation.             In this context, school was considered to be a helpful tool to establish this economic scheme, fulfilling a particular social function. The analysis of this, constitutes the main study of this work. For such end, we will delve into the basic characteristics of the particular relationship between economy and education that happened during this stage. We will focus mainly in the application of criteria from the Education Sciences, that sees the educational institution from an efficiency logic. As well as the rational perspective, used by the administration, and the objective-related teaching, used by the didactic perspective.             To out view, the importance of our work resides in the fact that the developmental project, regarding education, justified in our country, a novel conception of education as an investment
