Abstract

This article aims at reporting the results obtained in one of the planned activities under the research project named "Implementation of Virtual Classrooms at the Economic Sciences Faculty, National University of Jujuy: Feasibility and Suitability", which was approved and financed by the aforementioned institution.             The need to know about teachers' attitude, in that academic unit, regarding the use of digital technologies particularly within the educational context was raised. As a starting point a survey was carried out among them             The results obtained showed the teachers' favourable disposition as regards the use of Communication and Information Technologies as part of the educational process as well as their willingness to receive training in the subject aiming at the improvement of pedagogical interventions. The data obtained enabled us to establish the statistical ratio between the above-mentioned analysis category and the age, the position, as well as the generation the surveyed professors belong to
