One difficulty in the design of procedures for solving problems related to business management is the assessment of their potential effects before the implementation. In this sense, this paper shows the application of a procedure based on an experts method in order to assess ex-ante the potential results of methodologies oriented to solve organizational problems. The procedure was applied to evaluate a set of methodological tools designed to create and manage flexible cooperation networks of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the province of Misiones, Argentina. The main results suggest that the procedure provides useful projections about the potential impacts of implementing methodological designs aimed at the solution of organizational problems from the economic, social and environmental perspective.
