This article aims to describe the organizational culture, identity, and image of an Argentinian public university, by using a case study approach that combines quantitative (a self-report questionnaire was completed by 63 scholars and 9 members of the support staff) and qualitative strategies for data collection (two focus groups were conducted with scholars and one with members of the support staff).
