Abstract

ESPINDOLA, R.S; FERREYRA, M; PRINGLES, E  and  BATTISTELLA, M. Análisis fisiológico de la aplicación del sistema de secado de uvas en parrales con ahorro de jornales en cosecha. RIA. Rev. investig. agropecu. [online]. 2014, vol.40, n.3, pp.276-280. ISSN 1669-2314.

The relative scarcity of labor and the high cost determines the search technologies that increase productivity and cost reduction strategies. The traditional production system consists of raisins: harvest, stretched, turned and lifted. These steps can be reduced to cutting and harvesting of raisins boots with the drying system implementation plan or Dry on vine. However, the application of this system can cause a decrease in the lifetime of the crop by the drastic reduction in leaf area in the post-harvest period. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the impact of this practice on harvest costs and impact on crop productivity. For this trial was conducted in the Superior Seedless variety, conducted in grapevine, where traditional production system and plant drying system with two load sharing schemes are compared. After three years of trial it was determined that the plant drying system has a significant impact on the productivity of labor and reducing harvest costs. In the same period a negative impact of the system was detected for the two schemes charge distribution in the vegetative expression of culture expressed in leaf area, or the level of nitrogen booking branch.
