In this paper, we demonstrate results on coordinate labor process between a social research group and members of a collectors and recyclers cooperative of solid urban waste (cartoneros), located in La Matanza, a town in Buenos Aires' suburbs. The paper focus on a set of scrolling produced in the workshops of collective reflections. We emphasize the empowerment and compromise of the members in the working process to constitute a real cooperative. The methodology used was the action research, which articulates data from observation in natural field, with interaction and narratives from workshops, and interviews with social protagonists.
