Abstract

VINSENNAU, Daniel José  and  SIMONETTA, Carlos David. Responsabilidad Social Empresaria: Una revisión en ámbitos PyME. Enfoques [online]. 2014, vol.26, n.1, pp.79-109. ISSN 1669-2721.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implies a way out in areas of current morality. Yet, within an ethical review to such morality, we find competing rationalities operating the daily life of organizations. Based on that, this paper reviews some bases of skepticism inhibiting the incorporation of CSR into the ways of organizational management. In that sense, situations and peculiarities of the PyMES' environments form a field of analysis on which more and better contributions are needed for management before making decisions about CSR models.

Keywords : CSR; PyME; Ethics; Values; Scenes.
