Abstract

REYBET, Carmen. Building a research object from the Antropology that articulates: gender, school and early childhood. Aljaba [online]. 2009, vol.13. ISSN 1669-5704.

The field of the new Antropology of Childhood makes possible a critical examination of assumptions underlying androcentric practices and research of and with boys and girls, promoting the realization of studies which, in the light of its theoretical methodological developments, allow the establishment of new connections between: educative processes, first childhood and gender. In this article, I organize some of the contributions framed in this under construction field; reflecting some of the achievements made in educational research from the Studies of Gender and, finally, channeled some of the thoughts raised in relation to my own experience as a childhood researcher in educative subjects from the gender approach.

Keywords : Antropology of Childhood; Gender studies; Educational research.
