This work aims to make an outline of syndicalism in Tucuman before 1943. The objective is to show the relationships that worker´s organizations have between them, with the worker´s that they represent, with the shift government and within the whole society. The investigation try an approach to a hinge period in the history of workers movement, and pretends to became a contribution to analyze the ideological and organizational map of workers in a province that represents similarities and peculiarities in contrast with the rest of the country.
