Abstract

JUSTINIANO, María Fernanda. From substances to relationships; from politics led by rules, to politics that amends rules: Contributions from the new historiography to the study of Salta and the region in the nineteenth century. Rev. Esc. Hist. [online]. 2014, vol.13, n.1, pp.00-00. ISSN 1669-9041.

This article aims to show how historiographical renewal is presented in the studies of the nineteenth century of Salta and its region. It is understood that the contributions of Tulio Halperin Donghi, Revolution and War and Natalio Botana, the conservative Order, were seminal in the process of changing perspectives of analysis. The second objective is to pay tribute to these two great books of argentinian historiography and who wrote them.

Keywords : Historiography; Argentin; Salta; Halperín Donghi; Natalio Botana.
