We areinterested in participating in a critical and reflectiveanalysis of the role of museumssuch as stateinstitutions in theprocess of identityconstruction, consideringtaht in thecountrieswe living, theyreplicatedEuropean cultural imaginaries, tranportingEurocentricrepresentations to theseLatin American landsemboided in museographiesinstallaed in historyanantropologymuseums of ourprovince, naturalizedin these cultural institutionsthatfromcitizienship. As museumworkers, wepropose in thisintervention, to make a self - reflection of themuseologícal and museographic script of twomuseums, simbols of coloniality.Undoubtededly a challengeforhistory, anthropology and museology.
