Abstract

MURIALDO, Raquel Carmen et al. Contribution to the study of cyanobacteria in a soil with agricultural management of Córdoba - Argentina. Cienc. suelo [online]. 2019, vol.37, n.2, pp.383-387. ISSN 1850-2067.

Edaphic cyanobacteria are important in ecosystems because of their high adaptive capacity, participation in soil formation and conservation and as nitrogen fixers. The objective was to analyze the communities developed in agricultural land compared with those of native forest. From the analysis, it was found: in native forest soil, 33 species with Oscillatorial Order domain were identified. In agriculture, 21 species were identified, of which 4 were exclusive for this type of management. The heterocysts cyanobacteria, differentiated early or late, depending on whether the developed community came from an agricultural or native soil respectively

Keywords : soil; heterocytes; specific richness.
