This paper presents the study of a burial (C.V.17) from Cabo Vírgenes, Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. Two adult individuals - one male and one female - were deposited within a stone structure covered by a sand dune. Evidence of recent anthropic disturbance was recorded. Bioanthropological and taphonomic analyses and stable isotopes studies are presented and discussed in relation to the general information for the area. It is concluded that the burial place was used successively by hunter-gatherers that marginally, but systematically, occupied the area during the late Holocene.
