Abstract

This paper deals with the characteristics of the science education area in Brazil, from answers given to the questions formulated in interviews taken among researchers in the context of development of the project named: Constitution of the Science Education: memories of researchers in Brazil. The theoretical support used in this research is the French Discourse Analysis. From opinions expressed in interviews, we tried to analyze the production conditions which would have given origin to these interpretations and looking for to understand some researchers' imaginary about the area characteristics.
