Abstract

COLOMBO ROJAS, Emmanuel. Milestones in the genesis and development of Classical Geometry Abstract. Rev. electrón. investig. educ. cienc. [online]. 2014, vol.9, n.2, pp.93-97. ISSN 1850-6666.

This paper presents a synthesis of the origins of the Classic Geometry across the study of the most representative milestones in the development of the Pre-Hellenic and Greek Geometry. The aim of this analysis is of stressing the big changes that have been given along the historical evolution of the Classic Geometry; changes that have done of this one geometry (and of the Mathematics in its entirety) a set of strategies, procedures and knowledge in general that turn out to be totally different from those who existed in the beginnings of the History of the Mathematics.
