Abstract

MICELI, Claudio; BRUNO, Darío  and  PUHL, Stella. The "invisible college" concept and the intersection of two disciplinary fields in Argentina at the beginning of the  twentieth century: criminology and psychology. Anu. investig. [online]. 2011, vol.18, pp.191-199. ISSN 1851-1686.

This paper aims to explicit the results obtained under the UBACyT research project "Conceptual inluences and discursive traces of criminological thought in the development of psychology in Argentina: Buenos Aires 1896-1930" by analyzing the intersection of discourses of criminology and psychology as disciplines in formation with common concerns to take it as an object to a relevant group of authors who transit indifferently both disciplinary spaces setting up an "invisible college" as the term coined by sociologist Diane Crane. To do this bibliometric methods have been used to examine and compare the collaborative groups in the publications of the Anales de la Sociedad de psicología de Buenos Aires and the Archivos de criminología, medicina legal y psiquiatría.
